Both awards are scored on four aspects from the 2026 Judging Handbook. Each aspect here is 0–5, so each team totals out of 20.兩個獎項都依 2026 評審手冊的四個面向評分。每個面向 0–5 分，總分 20 分。
Evidence must be on the team's /measurement wiki page. The handbook's model entry is Austin-UTexas 2024: it named a common bias, traced its cause, and published a calibration other teams could reuse.證據必須放在隊伍的 /measurement 頁面。手冊的範例是 Austin-UTexas 2024：指出常見偏差、追溯成因，並公開可供他隊沿用的校正流程。
All documentation must be on the Registry, at two levels: a collection entry that explains the system, and part pages for every part. Eligibility: at least 3 parts, at least 3 of them new. The reference collections carry 4–5 collection-level entries of about 4,000–6,700 words.所有文件都必須放在 Registry，分兩層：說明整個系統的集合頁，以及每個零件各自的頁面。資格：至少 3 個零件，其中至少 3 個為新零件。兩個範例集合各有 4–5 篇集合層級文件，約 4,000–6,700 字。
