The shape of an answer一個回答的形狀

Judges are not scoring whether your result is good. They are scoring whether you know what your result is. Six moves, in this order, and an honest answer stops sounding like a weak one. 評審不是在評你的結果好不好，是在評你知不知道自己的結果是什麼。照這六個動作的順序走，誠實的回答就不會聽起來很弱。

When you do not know當你不知道的時候

There are four different kinds of not knowing, and they have four different answers. Picking the wrong one is what turns a gap into a loss.「不知道」有四種，對應四種回答。選錯那一種，缺口才會變成失分。

The one rule under all four: never invent a number. A judge who catches one invented number re-reads every number you gave them before it. Saying "I do not want to give you a wrong digit" costs you two seconds and buys you the rest of the session. 四種底下共同的規則：絕對不要編數字。評審只要抓到一個編的數字，就會把你之前講的每個數字重看一遍。說一句「我不想給您錯的位數」只花兩秒，買回來的是接下來整場。

Describing a contribution怎麼講貢獻

The last move is the one students skip, and it is the one the rubric rewards. A contribution is executable by someone else.最後一個動作是學生最常跳過的，卻是評分表真正給分的。貢獻必須是別人可以執行的東西。

If the judge asked about soil, do not answer about agar because the agar answer is better. They will notice, and they will ask about soil again.評審問土耕，就不要因為洋菜的答案比較好看而回答洋菜。他們會發現，而且會再問一次土耕。

Stop when you are done講完就停

Silence after a complete answer is confidence. Continuing past the answer is where unsupported claims come out.答完之後的沉默是自信。繼續講下去，沒有依據的話就會跑出來。

Keep the same volume維持同樣的音量

A hostile question is testing composure, not knowledge. The answer is the same answer, delivered at the same speed.刁難題考的是沉著不是知識。答案還是同一個答案，用同樣的速度講。
